7. Service Availability

Our mobile application is designed to work offline, allowing you to continue operations even when internet connectivity is limited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frigrace Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
